Please complete the New Client Intake form prior to arrival to avoid taking time out of your scheduled appointment. This information is necessary to provide you with a safe and personalized treatment. It is recommended to wash your hair at least 2 days before your treatment and avoid any coloring or chemical services one week before and after your head spa visit. If you have extensions, please wait at least 2 weeks after installation to come in for a treatment. Most importantly, come ready to relax and dress comfortably!
Please note: If you are in your first or third trimester of pregnancy, please wait to receive services. Additionally, anyone currently being treated for severe heart issues, cancer, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, or contagious skin infections should only receive services after being medically cleared. Your safety and comfort are always our priority.

Every session will begin with a scalp analysis to determine scalp and hair type for a personalized treatment. Common scalp concerns such as dryness, excessive oil, itchiness, flaking will be addressed and recommendations will be provided so you can continue your scalp and hair health journey post-treatment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and hair will be silky soft, shiny, and light and airy. A basic blow dry is included with each visit and an option to add a styled blow-out is available. Please review the services page to see all available offerings and enhancements.
Disclaimer: Head spa treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and should not replace medical treatment or advice from a healthcare professional. Results may vary.

Yes! All products are safe for both color-treated hair and extensions. Milbon specifically formulates its products to:
Protect and enhance color vibrancy
Prevent premature color fading
Work safely with extensions (we service hand-tied, sew-in, and fusion extensions)
Please note: I cannot offer services for tape-in extensions due to the fragile bonds. Additionally, certain parts of your service may be adjusted to protect the integrity and longevity of your extensions.

I work independently and provide one-on-one attention to each client, so I can only accommodate one person per appointment. However, you're welcome to book back-to-back sessions for multiple people when my schedule allows. Please note there's a 15-minute buffer between appointments for cleanup and preparation.

Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent. For clients under 16, I evaluate bookings on a case-by-case basis—please reach out to discuss before scheduling.
